Rose Palace for Housing Units

The location and service are good, though the price is a little high. It can work as temporary accommodation.

The biggest issue was that our room booking was cancelled without warning because of overbooking. After we’d travelled a long way with the family for a trip together, they offered us two rooms instead, which was inconvenient. The manager eventually sorted it out by giving us different room options for the two days we stayed. One staff member, Mr Zahid from Pakistan, was especially helpful and did a lot to make us comfortable, an A* employee. The apartment building was nearly brand new, just outside the city, with almost everything nearby.

The apartment had just one toilet, and the stay was very, very expensive. The hotel itself was nice and clean. It’s outside Abha on the road to Khamis Mushait, with food places, a pharmacy, and grocery stores nearby.

The reception was nice, and both the rooms and service were good. We had a better trip here.
