We chose this hotel for its view and breakfast. The view was there, but the promised buffet breakfast wasn't. The F & B staff were the only ones who seemed to care about service, rushing to put breakfast together for us. Reception didn't apologize or suggest another option, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Also, water from the bathtub ran out onto the bathroom floor instead of going down the drain.

I've stayed in both an apartment and a room here, and enjoyed the service and the stay. Early in the morning there was a great view of the mountains through the fog, and from the hotel site at the top of High City, you can see the city too. Highly recommend 😍😍

Stayed three nights in a studio and everything was great. The breakfast was super good, and I really enjoyed the gym. All the staff made the stay awesome. Shukran!

The food was a big part of a really enjoyable stay. Dinner and breakfast at Abha Restaurant were both better than expected, with lots of fresh, tasty dishes, and a warm atmosphere. Lilia, Rami and Sherif managed it superbly, and Mohammed Kebir, Abdel Aziz, and the rest of the waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. We found the rooms and suites spotless, well kept, and elegantly furnished, with the linens and amenities arranged just right. From arrival onward, the staff made sure everything went smoothly and went out of their way to look after us. SARWAT Park Hotel in ABHA (Assir Region ) in Saudi Arabia, City is situated 2500 m above sea Level. This was one of our most pleasant stays, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visut Abha looking for comfort, good service, and memorable dining. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The hotel is in a great spot at high city. It wasn't fully occupied at this time of year, but they were still keeping up their standards.
