The View Hotel

The room had plenty of space for our luggage, a comfortable sofa, modern furniture, and a clean bathroom with soft towels. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the reception and staff were respectful. They left biscuits, juice, water, tea, and coffee in the room at no charge. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. If you've booked it already, you made the right choice.

The lobby is fancy, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and nice. But the rooms are small, and despite the name, there really isn't a view. The hotel is right beside Abha Dam, yet the windows are tiny and weren't even clean on the outside. A junior suite was 550, while a place right next door cost 330 and had a full dam view, kitchen, living room, dining table, and a playground for kids. We didn't stay at the hotel. It was a shock after hearing it was a must-go, and we left as soon as we saw the room.

The price is good, the furniture is new, and the location is handy for a lot of tourist attractions. Still, there's room for improvement. I stayed three nights and repeatedly asked to have my room made up, but it never happened. The staff also weren't professional when dealing with my situation or welcoming guests, and they weren't presentable.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and there was plenty of space to park in front. Breakfast was a continental-style meal delivered to the room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and tea, and the hotel was furnished very elegantly.
