Daytime room service was very bad, and the way they spoke to customers had no manners. We asked several times to have our room cleaned, but during our three-day stay it wasn’t cleaned once. It felt like they cared about money and not service. Mr Hanif, the night cleaner, was the one good part. He was helpful and tried as much as he could. The rest was a joke. I would never stay here again.

The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a new hotel with nice decor, right beside Alothaim market, Alromansya restaurant, and The Valley area. The minibar only had tea and coffee.

It’s a very nice place with a good location and plenty of space, and it has real potential. But the organization needs work and the place deserves more attention. The photos show exposed wiring and poor housekeeping.

The location and hotel are good, which makes the poor reception all the more disappointing. I won’t visit again. About the reply, they didn’t just ask for her data, it was the way they asked. I know the rules.
