We were willing to take separate rooms, but the receptionist still wouldn’t do business with us. He shouted at guests, got angry, and spoke with very bad manners. We’re paying to get some rest, not to be treated like this. He told us, “Go find another hotels, I don't give you rooms”. People like that don’t belong in hospitality.

We should have checked the Google reviews before booking. At around 250 SAR or more, this was the cheapest hotel available in Al Bahah, but it wasn’t worth the price. We booked for four adults, then on arrival were told no room could accommodate us. They gave us a one-bedroom apartment with extra beds instead. A bad experience.

I wouldn’t give it even one star. Aleairy is the worst accommodation in KSA. The staff are very mannerless, especially at Al baha 1 and 2. The washroom was extremely dirty and smelled bad. When I asked the person in charge to clean it, he argued with me. Very disappointing.

You’re greeted at reception by someone through a conference link. The hotel is on the main road, but there’s no grocery store or place to eat within walking distance. The room had one toilet, while the kitchen had a fridge and stove. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the price was very reasonable compared with other hotels in peak season.

We booked here because it was Eid season and other places weren’t available. The location was nice and they kept the place clean, but parking was insufficient, the furniture was broken, and there were no towels.
