The reception staff were nice and cooperative, but the hotel has a terrible design. Its amazing city views and location couldn't make up for an entrance that doesn't accommodate people with special needs or a broken elevator. The suite layout wasn't practical, the place wasn't clean, and it was very expensive.

The view may be the hotel's best feature, but the price is far too high for the condition and service. The staff seemed poorly trained, and were rude. The water smelled like sewage, there were no clean towels, and the food was terrible. With no other real option in town, it feels like they're taking advantage of the situation. I'd give it a negative star if I could.

When I went to bed, someone from the front desk entered my room, saying he thought it was available and wanted to show it to a customer. That really upset me. There was no hot water, and the coffee shop was open but had nobody there. Service was below average, and parking needs more spaces. One star at best, though my overall score would be 3 out of 10.

The furniture and walls are old. My room key card kept failing, and neither reception nor laundry answered when I called. I repeatedly asked the morning shift receptionist to clean my room, but it still wasn't done when I returned. He seemed to come in just to smoke and drink coffee.

The building is old, the air conditioning is weak and insufficient, and parking is awful. Even if it's the best option around, I'd rate it no better than 3 out of 10. The price is high compared with other hotels that provide better service.
