The main drawback is the bathrooms: they're outside, so getting there at night or in cold weather is inconvenient. Hot water was available in the shower, but not at the basin. The coffee shop made good coffee, though the menu could use more choices. Still, it's a great place, especially for youngsters. The dome-shaped rooms were clean, service was good, and the location, views, peaceful atmosphere and good vibes were excellent. I'd definitely recommend it for an enjoyable stay.

The staff are really nice, and it's an economical place, especially during the winter off season. There isn't a restaurant, so check other meal options.

The outside area is lovely, and the coffee shop is good. The sunrise views and Raghadan park are stunning. The location is excellent, and the room was nice, but the open-air washroom is hard to use at night because of the cold. There's hot water in the shower, not the wash basin. White curtains let sunlight in and make the room hot during the day, so sleeping after sunrise is difficult.

They've become very difficult to reach, and nothing has been done so far. I had already paid through the online app when I booked, but they charged me again at check-in on Feb 13. When I asked for a refund of that second payment, they acknowledged the receptionist had made a mistake but said they had a “no cash return” policy. They told me to request the refund through the booking app and promised to contact the app directly if there were any problems returning my money.
