Al Nakhlah Furnished Units

The room smelled awful and felt dirty, with old furniture and dust all over the tables, bedside tables, closet, and mirror. I ended up cleaning it myself, even though I’d come to rest and that shouldn’t have been my job. The air conditioner began dripping after I’d been in the room for two hours, and when it came on, the smell of dust returned. There was short black hair on the pillow, so as far as I could tell, the bed hadn’t been changed. The kitchen had just one spoon and one knife, and there wasn’t a towel or even a bar of soap. I couldn’t make sense of the toilet and shower setup. When the door opens, it hits the toilet. At reception, they wouldn’t smile back or even say hello. I travel all the time, and this was the worst hotel of my life. I’m sorry to give even one star. I don’t recommend it and won’t come back.

It’s an affordable furnished apartment close to Al-Ahsa Intercontinental Hotel and nearby coffee shops. The hall was clean and well lit, and basic toiletries were provided. Inside, there’s a sitting area with a modest sofa and TV, a bedroom, and a toilet. Nothing fancy, and the cleanliness was a bit lacking. For a budget traveler looking for one night, expect the basics: crash, shower, then head out the next day.

There’s lots of room, which is great for traveling with children, and the place has an electric stove, heater, and microwave. But the old furniture and sofas were very dusty, and both the kitchen area and bathroom were dirty and badly aged. Please do something about that. There were no towels.

We booked in the middle of the night, and it turned out to be worth it. One night cost too much, though. It was the weekend, so every hotel in alhasa was pricey.
