We've been here twice, and they looked after us well. The villas were clean, and the staff were very helpful. They gave us a discount after noticing someone in our group had special needs. The pool might need cleaning when you arrive, but the staff prefer to clean it in front of guests so everything is clear. A great weekend getaway.

The green surroundings and rustic feel make this a good spot for parties and gatherings, and the villas have a distinctive design. The aqua theme park is a must for kids. There's local cuisine, and the restaurant does have an Indian chef, though the limited choices may not suit a demanding Indian palate. Highly recommended.

The staff were kind and helpful, and it's a good hotel, though it needs maintenance. The pool was closed. They offered to fill it, but only with cold water, since there's no way to control the pool temperature.

The heritage-style design gives the place a prestigious look, but the upkeep and service have been neglected. The beds are poor quality, and many rooms have a strong sewerage smell. There aren't enough support staff, so service is poor and responses are slow or sometimes nonexistent. On the bachelor's side, the restaurant blocks the windows in most rooms, and music and conversation continue noisily all night.
