I won’t go on about the old furniture, carpet, noise, or service, since other reviewers have already covered those points. To be fair, one reviewer put it simply: “what you pay is what you get.” It’s the cheapest hotel around for one night, at just 150 QR. I mean, come on, what do you expect at such a low price? 😂🤣

At 150 riyal, this is the cheapest place here, but you can find better hotels elsewhere for that price. Everything was average, including the furniture, and there are no kiosks within walking distance. The soundproofing needs work for a peaceful night’s sleep. A few small changes could make it a better hotel. You get what you pay for.

I recently stayed at Lily Palms Hotel and found the room spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with what I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was easy. The hotel felt peaceful, whether by the pool, in the garden, or at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant had a good range of local and international food, and the meals were delicious and well presented. It’s near local attractions, shops, and restaurants, while still quiet enough for a restful night. I also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly initiatives. The team clearly takes pride in service, cleanliness, and comfort. Lily Palms Hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The furniture and elevator are very old. This place needs more improvement.
