The apartment is quite large, with a living room, toilet, and bedroom. It’s a decent place to spend the night, but the toilets could be cleaner. The walls are thin, so you can hear the other guests. Staff were helpful, though they could be friendlier, and the area isn’t the best.

I’m assigned to Hasa pretty often and stay at this hotel each time. My last visit was really bad. They didn’t provide towels, called me twice to ask my name and reservation details, and a customer accidentally came into my room. I’m an old customer, but they wouldn’t help me with the price. I hope they can be excellent again like they used to be.

The rooms are good, but there’s no food available and no hospitality. There weren’t any towels either. You have to ask for everything.

The staff were nice, but the room smelled bad and wasn’t clean enough when I checked in.

The bed was especially dirty, smelly, and rock hard, and I couldn’t get comfortable on it at all. I’ve stayed in many hotels and usually rest well, but not this time. The place was dirty, and it’s expensive for what it offers.
