I stayed for three days and they never cleaned my room once. We asked several times, but the daytime room service was very bad and spoke to customers without manners. It felt like they cared only about money, not service. Mr Hanif, the night cleaner, was the one good part. He was very helpful and tried to do as much as he could. The rest was a joke. A really bad experience, I’d never stay here again.

The service was very bad, and I regret not reading the comments properly. Taleen management shows no interest and doesn’t respond.

The location is beside Alothaim market, Alromansya restaurant and The Valley area. It’s a new hotel with nice decor and very friendly staff. Both the room and bathroom were large and clean. The mini bar only had tea and coffee.

This place has a nice location and plenty of potential, but the organization is poor and it needs attention. The pictures show exposed wiring and poor housekeeping. It’s a very nice place, so it’s a shame.

The hotel and location are good, but the reception was bad, and I won’t visit again. About the reply: they didn’t just ask for her data. It was the way they asked. I know the rules.
