Hussein and Shaheer at reception were what made the stay special. They were welcoming, professional, attentive, and happy to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel valued and went beyond what I expected. The hotel itself was elegant, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with excellent facilities. I had a great stay and would recommend it for comfort, quality, and first class service. Thanks to Hussein, Shaheer, and the whole team for making it memorable.

Irfan at the front desk made check-in easy and was kind, professional, and helpful throughout. The hospitality was excellent, and my room was tidy, comfortable, and well kept. Al Reem Hotel had a welcoming feel and was clean and nice overall. I'd recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

The breakfast and dinner had a great range of dishes and desserts, and the food was good quality. The different cakes were especially nice. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, including Sahu (not sure of spelling) at breakfast and the maitre di at dinner. We stayed with family over the Eid holidays and had a great time. The kids loved the pool, and the lifeguard on duty, Iyanat Ullah I think his name is, was friendly and very professional. I saw him taking initiative to keep swimmers safe.

The children’s garden was a lovely touch and the kids really enjoyed it. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, so it was easy to relax. Staff at the bell desk were helpful and welcoming as soon as I arrived. A nice stay at Alreem Hotel Irfan.

For my first work trip to Saudi, I was glad I picked Al Reem. I miss earning reward points, and there's a Hilton a few kilometers away, but I'd still choose to stay here. The restaurant onsite, laundry service, good-sized gym, and nice staff all helped. Tariquil looked after my room for most of the stay and was awesome.
