Loaloat Al Tawhid Hotel 2

I was very disappointed by the service and room quality. There were cockroaches in the room and the toilets were filthy. I asked many times for them to clean, but got no response. Some people give this hotel five stars. They must be paid or related to the owners. If you stay here, be prepared for very poor service and standards.

The rooms have four to five beds, and there’s no internet connection in the room. The hotel seems set up for Hajj pilgrims. Cleaning service wasn’t properly provided, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

For a low-cost stay close to the Haram, this place works well for Umrah. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good. It’s only about 10 to 15 m away. May Allah accept from all of us.

This felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The location is nearly 2km from Masjid Al-Haram, up a steep hill that taxis won’t come up. In the room, the fridge was dirty, the shower barely ran, and the drain was blocked so water pooled on the floor. The rooms were dirty, service was very bad, and there was no daily cleaning at all. I do not recommend it.
