Swissôtel Makkah

Getting to the haram for prayers was easy because the hotel is so close. The restaurant had enough food to accommodate all the guests, which was a relief. Our rooms, 2706, 2710 and 2716, were clean, neat and comfortable, with luxurious amenities that made the trip easier. The view was amazing, maybe the best. Staff were accommodating throughout the stay, especially housekeeping members Mustafa salim/Mohammad, who were fantastic at their jobs. Thanks again for their good service.

Khurshid really made our stay more pleasant. He was polite, professional and always smiling, and cleaned our room thoroughly every day, keeping everything neat. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained too. We had a great stay at the Swissôtel Makkah and would recommend it.

Getting between the mall and the Makkah Haram side was seamless, which made things comfortable and stress-free. The buffet had a wide range of choices, and you could see the effort from the operations and kitchen teams in serving such large numbers. Our room was spacious, very clean and thoughtfully set up, with a lovely, peaceful feel. The view across Makkah was breathtaking. Mr. Rayan also made the start of the visit easy with a smooth, welcoming check-in. It was a memorable stay.

After long days at Haram, it was great to come back to a spotless, organized and comfortable room. Mustafa Saleem looked after it with real attention to detail. He was professional and friendly, and his dedication and positive attitude made our stay even nicer. He's a real asset to Swissotel Makkah. Thanks for the excellent service, I'd happily stay again.
