The receptionist was very rude. I booked through booking.com under my name and showed my ID. I also showed my wife's visa through my absher, along with her digital passport details, but he still insisted on her original passport. We had come from hofuf to jubail for work that wasn't completed, and planned to stay to finish it before leaving Jubail. We hadn't brought her original passport for that reason. Even with the booking under my name and the documents shown, he argued that the original passport was required as an excuse. They were partiality towards the nationalities.

The hotel sits on the main road, though the city restaurants are about 5 km away. My room was clean and spacious, there was plenty of parking, and the service was good.

I was on the top floor, and the elevator felt very small. The door lock is an old key design 😁. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, with a large parking area, and management provided good service. I had a good experience and can recommend it.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the location was nice. The person at reception spent the whole time busy on a cellphone, though, and the number listed on booking.com didn't work. Also, the hotel's name doesn't match the one shown on Google Maps.
