Spring Tower Hotel

The convenient location meant everything we needed was nearby, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay, with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr.Najmul sazib. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location makes daily life easy, with grocery stores, car rentals, parks, and quiet seaside paths close by for a walk. After living at Spring Tower Hotel for several months, I can say it works really well for both short and extended stays. It's quiet, restful, and particularly suited to families and children. The team, from service staff to reception, have been consistently attentive and welcoming, creating a family-like feel and a real sense of safety. Mr. Najam ul Sazib and the rest of the staff deserve special mention for their warmth, professionalism, and steady effort. The owners' focus on improvement shows in the daily operation and positive atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Tower Hotel as a comfortable, safe home away from home.

No food is available on site, and the staff weren't cooperative. Rooms were cleaned only once a week, WiFi was slow, and there wasn't even water in the room. My stay at Spring Tower Hotel was frustrating and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.

The reception area gives you a good impression, but the promises don't seem to be delivered. Rooms are dirty, and WiFi is only available in the corridors. You might see a strong signal in your room, but there's no internet. None of the appliances work properly, and the ACs are never cleaned. The receptionists aren't professional, and part-time cleaning staff are left managing reception.
