The rooms are clean and good, and the staff were pleasant and the service was good. Bathrooms, though, are very narrow. It's in the center of Jubail, with Indian hotels and shopping malls nearby. The area gets very crowded with workers from different companies on holidays, and holiday prebooking isn't available.

I like their service, and the room was very neat and clean.

Everything else was fine, but there are no door mats. After washing your feet in the bathroom, water gets all over the floor around the rooms. Also, either the kitchen or the bathroom in each room is extremely small. I've never seen kitchen and bathroom spaces this tiny.

There are monthly packages as well as rooms for daily rent, and my stay was satisfactory overall. Breakfast choices are limited, though there are plenty of places to eat nearby. A reasonable place for a comfortable stay in central Jubail. The reception staff can be a bit rude sometimes.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The problem is towels: housekeeping gives just one, no matter how many people are sharing the room. They need to improve that.
