Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road

Ahmed at reception made check-in easy with his welcoming manner and professional, helpful service. The Jeddah Marriott Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and my visit to Jeddah went well. Everything was as I expected. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The customer relationship team, especially Ms. Afraa, Hala and Shaden, were responsive, professional, and caring. Chef M. Ashraf also deserves thanks for the consistently excellent breakfast. I found the hotel calm and suited to business travel, with comfortable rooms and high service standards. Everyone was hospitable, and the stay felt easy and relaxing. The atmosphere made me feel at home, so I’d choose this hotel again for a future work trip.

Shaden in the lounge and Mashraf in the restaurant made me feel especially well looked after. Their personal, thoughtful service made an already memorable stay even better. The rooms and shared facilities were comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh local and international choices. I had a fantastic visit to Jeddah Marriott Hotel, and it lived up to what I expect from the Marriott brand. I’ll stay here again next time.

I liked the room’s mix of good looks and practicality, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows. Room service food was satisfactory, though nothing special. The restaurant was under maintenance, but the Bonvoy Lounge worked well as an alternative, with comfortable seats and a view. I also enjoyed reading or relaxing on the poolside deck. The lobby was lovely and comfortable for waiting, and I wished I’d had more time to sit there with coffee or a book. Included valet parking was a nice plus.
