The staff are helpful and good, and the location is convenient, near Nesto, Al Rashid Mall, and Centerpoint. There are lots of restaurants in Al Rashid Mall, and food delivery is available too. It's neat and clean, but the water can be a problem sometimes. It seems to run very slowly in the top-floor rooms.
Great location, but it's an old building with poor service and weak AC.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well lit. On the 4th floor, though, the water pressure is low, and sometimes nothing comes from the taps.
The suites are clean and really nice, with good staff and an affordable price. A good choice if you're coming to khobar for a longer vacation, even a month.
Clean, nice place, and there's plenty of parking.
