Ascott Corniche Al Khobar

Ms. Rayanah and Mr. Ahmad Omran made a real difference during our stay at Ascott. Ms. Rayanah handled requests promptly and with a smile, and was always available and attentive to our comfort. Mr. Ahmad Omran was friendly and kept things running smoothly, making us feel welcome. Their hospitality made us feel valued and turned a pleasant visit into a memorable one. Ascott itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a welcoming lobby and comfortable rooms. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay and great service. We look forward to returning.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both rooms had very small windows. The room itself is a good size, but it doesn’t get much natural light. When I asked about a larger window this time, I was told those are only in the apartment units, and it seems the bigger one is just in the living room. If you like plenty of sunlight indoors, like you often get at international chain hotels, this may not suit you.

I’ve been staying at Ascott Corniche Al Khobar for 2.5 years, since July 2023, and the experience has been consistently good. The whole Ascott Al Khobar team has been professional and quick to help, from the restaurant and reception to the concierge and maintenance staff. Mr. Shakeel and the Housekeeping team deserve special thanks for keeping my room on Level 8 so clean and maintaining such high standards. They’ve made this long stay comfortable and memorable. I’d happily recommend it.

Arif was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure the room was in excellent shape. The rest of the staff were warm and friendly too. I had a great stay and would gladly come back.
