The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a big, clean bathroom and a clean, comfy bed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the shower had hot water in winter. There was a welcome drink at reception, coffee abd juice. We had a great one-bedroom apartment. The fridge was a bit small, and there was no washing machine. Some furniture could use improvement, but it was okay. Parking is available, though spaces are limited. The building is close to the highway, so it's easy to get around, and it's near al rashed mall and flamingo mall, with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The reception staff were friendly and kind, especially ahmed. My brother booked a two-bedroom apartment for his family, and it was huge and clean. He loved it. Recommended.

The room was spacious, with a comfy couch and bed, plus a microwave and stovetop. The air conditioning kept it cool, and the bathrooms were big and clean. The place was nice, clean, and the service was good. Prices seemed average, though my stay during Eid cost more than usual. I still thought it was worth it. I'd recommend it if you want a casual hotel and aren't expecting a full five-star experience.

For 280 riyal, I got a hotel with two rooms. The bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen had a decent set of basics: a fridge, microwave oven, electric stove, plates, forks, and spoons. There was no pan or cooking utensil, so bring your own. They supplied a water heater, tea bags, sugar, cups, and mineral water, which was enough. The bathroom had lotion, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. There were two TVs, but the one in the bedroom didn't work, and the living room TV remote was also broken. A bathtub would have made it perfect, since I look for one in hotels so my kids can bathe in it.

Mr. Omar at reception was really good. The reception was nice, and the hotel was very clean. A very good hotel.
