The bathroom was in a dreadful state, and the old air conditioner was unbelievably loud. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, either. We arrived late at night, exhausted from a long trip, and couldn’t pay by Visa or in euros, or even sort it out in the morning. They sent us to find an ATM at 3:30 in the morning. There was a cockroach at reception. The air conditioner and boiler hadn’t been switched on ahead of time, so the room had hot air and the water was cold.

This hotel needs a proper renovation, or a new owner to run it. The fridge, AC, TV, sockets, geyser, other electrical equipment, and plumbing fittings are old and in bad shape. The split and window AC units make an irritating noise, as do the diesel generators. Below average.

I checked in and left after just an hour because I was so uncomfortable. The room was dusty, the slippers were filthy, and the CR was dirty too. The sheets made my skin itch. The price just wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bed and pillows didn’t seem to be changed between guests. They reuse the same pillow covers and bedspread for many people. The room smelled bad, and it wasn’t hygienic: the room and toilet were dirty, as were the taps and shower fittings.
