Corp Al Khobar Hotel

The location worked perfectly for my trip, and the cozy atmosphere made it easy to enjoy my time there. Staff were especially helpful and went above and beyond. The service was efficient, and the facilities were well looked after. Thanks for making the trip memorable.

I booked this hotel for my wedding and would strongly advise others against doing the same. The event was a terrible experience. The A/C didn't work, even though the reception manager said he knew about the problem when we raised it. Nothing was done to fix it. They also failed to provide what the contract promised, including the food we had chosen. The buffet was awful, and the room was so dim that it was hard to see the dishes. When I complained about these issues and the lack of honesty around the agreement, nobody seemed to care. Staff even said they didn't care about my opinions and challenged me to leave a bad review, since they'd already taken my money. It felt like a scam, and dealing with them was painful. Update: The generic automated response claiming they care about customers is a lie. When we brought these mistakes to their attention, they still didn't care, including about the agreed buffet food and other contract details. I'd recommend people avoid dealing with them and save their money and mental health. Many low-star reviews have actual comments, while the random five-star ones may be fake. The low reviews also seem to get the most hearts in agreement. I genuinely wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. After this review went public, the only offer was a buffet dinner in exchange for removing the post. Beware.

The room was roomy and the location was good. Dana at reception was friendly and cooperative, and even arranged a late checkout for us. There are several things that need work, though. The furniture is old, the A/C is very noisy, the fridge doesn't work, and the WiFi is slow. Breakfast was below average with very few choices. The breakfast staff seemed to have an attitude, or maybe they were just new to hospitality. Overall, improvements are needed.

I'm staying at Corp Hotel in Al Khobar now, and it's been comfortable and really nice so far. The peaceful atmosphere and spacious, clean, well-kept rooms make it easy to relax. Staff are polite and helpful, too. Being near the Corniche is great for an evening walk with a sea view. I'm having a great stay and would recommend it to people visiting Al Khobar.
