Dar Rayhaan by Rotana Al Khobar

What made my stay at Dar Rayhaan by rotana stand out was the team. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, respectful, and attentive to what I needed. Check-in was exceptional from the moment I arrived, and the welcoming service made my trip much better. The facilities were immaculate, and my room was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a top-tier hospitality experience, and I hope to return on my next visit to saudi. The team were very pleasant and respectful: Sonam, Sojib, Ansari, Monir, Laxman, Tanvir, and Siva were waiters. Yaqeen was the host and order taker. Bijith was the supervisor and head waiter. Sadaqat was the outlate manager. Arif and Metlish were bell boys. Fadhel, 1Mohammed, 2Mohammed, and 3Mohammed were at reception. Nawaj and Rahman were housekeeping supervisors, as was another supervisor of housekeeping. Hassan Al Dossary, the sales Director, is the man who makes things happen fast. Ahmed Al HUssaini.

We had a really enjoyable Iftar at the hotel this weekend. The atmosphere was warm and the hospitality excellent. There was a great selection of dishes, all flavorful and nicely presented, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Dining was a highlight, with fresh, well-prepared food and plenty of choices. The calm, clean, welcoming environment and fast, efficient, customer-focused service made for an excellent stay. Staff were professional and polite, and always ready to help. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

Siva and Sikandar made our Suhoor at Choices especially nice with their warm hospitality. The food and drinks were excellent. We'll definitely come back!
