The staff are friendly, and the location and facilities are good. Parking could use some improvement.

Everything in the apartment felt fresh and tidy, from the clean beds and living room sofa to the lovely fragrance from the air freshener. I had an excellent stay at Al Khuzama.

I used to give this place five stars. At 170 riyals for a room and living room, the apartment's cleanliness made the price feel fair. Now the sheets and pillows aren't clean, even though the owners are charging more. They raised the price to 280 riyals, saying the extended holiday season was the reason, but the holiday has ended and the higher rate is still there. If furnished apartment owners want to charge more, I hope they fear God and at least make sure the sheets and pillows are clean. I've had to lower my rating.

The Bangladeshi cashier is especially respectful and provides a very high level of service. Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants, and the staff are very respectful.
