The Indian food was okayish, but there weren’t enough tables in the canteen area. It usually fills up before time, so people often have to take their meals back to their rooms. The hotel is close to haram shareef, but hygiene was really bad. The rooms are small, and my sheets and pillow covers were so dirty that my face started itching all over.
The room looked like a girl had slept there before us, and it hadn’t been cleaned.
Good value and really close to Masjid Al Nabawi. MR Mohammed Al Hashmi was very hospitable and communicated well in English. Five stars for him. May Allah bless all.
The rooms are cramped and the beds are bad, and the internet is painfully slow, around 1 Mbps, and unusable. There are too few elevators, so they get crowded, and sometimes they get stuck or have problems. The service is bad even compared with budget hotels. Sometimes the power goes out, sometimes there’s no warm water, and sometimes the fridge doesn’t work. I hope they improve it.
Everything seemed fine until I got to the bed. It’s a basic part of keeping clean, and mine had hair from previous users. It was disgusting, and I bet they don’t even clean the beds between guests. The service wasn’t good for the price either. 👎
