Golden Bujari Al Khobar Hotel

They didn't seem ready for guests. The towel hadn't been changed when I arrived and smelled like old stock, as if it hadn't been replaced in a year. It took 20 minutes to get water because customer service was so slow. The Wi-Fi was unstable, and the TV was old with no Wi-Fi or YouTube. They also couldn't follow simple instructions. I asked them for a favor, they agreed, then forgot all about it today. I booked three days and two nights, but left before the third day because of the service.

Shayan was very helpful when arranging our room. He was polite, listened to our concerns, and tried to deal with what he could. Unfortunately, that kindness couldn't make up for the rest of the stay. I spent one night in the Diplomatic Suite. The furniture was worn and old, and the marble floor in my room was broken under a carpet. Walking over it, I could hear strange noises from underneath. The swimming area was in poor condition and unclean. On Friday afternoon after Asar, I also had an unpleasant encounter with the receptionist, a gentleman from Saudi Arabia, who was rude when I approached him. Based on this stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The buffet system was good, and the staff were nice. It's a nice hotel, mashallah.

I was there for over a week, but the food stayed very poor, with little taste or variety and no improvement in the dining options. The service overall also didn't meet expectations. My stay at Golden Bujari was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to travelers wanting a comfortable, satisfying stay.
