I couldn’t sleep all night, and the next day I was too worn out to handle my business work properly. I’d booked after several recommendations because I had to travel to Jeddah urgently, but the stay was a real disappointment. Guests on the second floor, who seemed to be airline crew, kept disturbing us. The whole floor was extremely cold even with the room AC switched off, and there was no hot water when I showered. I ended up with body aches from the cold. Staff response was slow, and I felt they showed little consideration for guests. I’ll tell my colleagues to be cautious about booking here. On future business trips to Jeddah I’ll go back to my usual hotel, and I won’t stay here again.

The location in Rawdah is handy, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other services nearby. The hotel has a luxurious, classy feel, but some things don’t live up to that impression. There’s not much closet space for clothes, the in-room fridge doesn’t really work like a fridge, and hot water takes a while. The breakfast buffet was less varied than I expected, with only instant coffee. By the pool, seating is limited too, with room for just four people to sit.

It’s a new hotel in the Rawadah district, with a rooftop pool and gym. The rooms were clean and well set up, and the employees were especially nice and helpful. Mr. Bader at reception was professional with guests. There are three underground parking floors and free WiFi during the stay. I didn’t get to try the restaurant or room service.

The atmosphere was great, and the service felt high end. One of the best Iftars in Jeddah.
