My stay at Hilton was wonderful, and the whole team helped make it memorable. Mark was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. Turki at reception handled my booking arrangements professionally, including extending my stay and helping with the room change smoothly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their positive attitude made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you both and the entire team.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh, tasty options for the whole family. Jay Paul at the restaurant was attentive and friendly, and Jahangir Alam from housekeeping kept our room clean and well maintained, always with courteous, professional service. This was our second family trip to Hilton AlKhobar Causeway, and once again we had a pleasant stay. The warm hospitality made us feel comfortable from arrival. We look forward to coming back.

Mr. Najaf in the executive lounge was friendly and attentive, and made our dining experience great. Mr. Shihab was also incredibly helpful with our bags and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were professional and the atmosphere was great. We had a wonderful stay, with top-notch service. Highly recommend!

The lobby was spotless, luxurious, and comfortable, with a peaceful, elegant atmosphere that felt welcoming as soon as I arrived. The attentive staff helped create a positive environment, and Rasel from the lobby team made my visit especially memorable. He brought me a cappuccino with professionalism, kindness, and a warm smile. It was beautifully presented and rich tasting, and his hospitality and attention to guests really showed.
