The location was a big reason I chose this hotel. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and there’s a café on the ground floor. I stayed nine nights and found the staff efficient and easy to deal with, with prompt service. The suite itself was good, but I really disliked the furnishings and colors. The dark blue curtains and living room chairs made the space feel oppressive and depressing. The grey wallpaper with bright yellow flowers clashed with everything else and seemed outdated, which surprised me in a hotel that opened in 2024. I expected a more modern, harmonious look. Housekeeping also missed some things when I requested cleaning. The table still had visible water rings, and empty, used shampoo and shower gel bottles were left in the shower. There were brown stains on the towels, and I can only think of one explanation, which I hope isn’t true. I know some of my comments are personal taste, though I think others may share them. I’d appreciate these minor issues being fixed. Doing so would improve the guest experience and encourage me to return. I’m confident the hotel can keep improving.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Charli Hotel Jeddah. They told me by phone that rooms were available. I went in, saw a room, agreed to the price, and handed over my American passport for check-in. Then the receptionist gave it back and suddenly said there were no rooms. I called again using my Saudi number and was told rooms were available. When I rang from my American number, I was told there were none. It felt dishonest and confusing, and possibly discriminatory. I don’t recommend this hotel.

This place deserves more attention. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials, including a robe, slippers, toiletries, and an iron. I also liked the Smart TV, which made it easy to cast from my phone. Breakfast comes included, and the underground parking was convenient, even if a little tight. The location is excellent and clean, the customer service team were cooperative, and what the hotel offers is above what I’d expect from others in the same range, like centro. I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and reception service was great. It was a comfortable, peaceful stay, and the service was quick. The rooms were very clean, though a little small. Breakfast had plenty of options, but I personally didn’t enjoy it much. There’s a little coffee shop next door that’s amazing, with cozy seating and really good coffee.
