Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

We had a lovely meal at Al Meida Restaurant. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the whole visit went well. Iqbal Hossain was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. Chef Samir and Chef Shaban also did a fantastic job and were helpful in making sure everything met our expectations.

The food at the Hilton Convention in Makkah was high quality, and the service was excellent. Tariq Hussain and Iqbal Hussain were especially welcoming and attentive, and made sure things were taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience better. Highly appreciated, and I’d recommend it to others. ♥️👌🏻👌🏻

Breakfast was great, and Aktaruzzaman was attentive and lovely. The cleaning and food service staff were friendly and happy to help. The location is good too, just a short uphill walk that can be tiring, but it’s still very close. We enjoyed the partial view of the Haram from our room. We stayed at the Hilton convention in February, just before Ramadan. Let’s be clear, it’s not 5 star by any means, maybe a solid 4 star. The main desk often had only two people available, so it took longer to get help, and they could be a little rude. Our room phone didn’t work, and although I asked for a replacement, it never happened. The iron didn’t work either, but they replaced it quickly. The kettle was unreliable, and some plugs didn’t work and made a crackling sound. There were also little maintenance issues, like a cracked bathroom light shade and a tear in the lamp. Maybe I’m being picky, but if you call yourself 5….

The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the lobby, room, and rest of the hotel felt clean, pleasant, and cozy. The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, very near to Haram, which made daily prayers easy to manage. Thank you all for a great experience.
