My family and I stayed on the 19th floor and had a really good visit. The place was peaceful and comfortable, and the room was clean, well kept, and had what we needed. It was a good spot for resting after Umrah, with Masjidil Haram reachable on foot or by shuttle. The staff were attentive and polite. Mr Sadek and Mr Suhaib deserve a mention for being so helpful and responsible. I’d happily return and recommend staying here.

Getting around by public transport was convenient, and the staff were helpful with even the small things. The breakfast had a great range and tasted very good, and the hotel’s Musallah was a wonderful option when we were too tired to go to Haram. The location is especially useful in such a busy area. It’s the closest hotel to Haram Sharif by far, with a ramp from the side street Ajyad up to the Level 2 tawaf area. Shukran.

We had a smooth stay, and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, so I’d stay here again. Reception were kind and humble, especially Mr. Shareef, who helped us get an early check-in. We were really desperate for a room after performing umrah, and he did us a big favour.

In room 718, Omar from housekeeping kept everything pristine and made sure we had the comforts we needed. He was kind and friendly. Mr Mizan, the supervisor, was also helpful and accommodating, and easy to reach whenever we needed him.

I had such a good time in Makkah and Madina, though I’m sorry this review came late because I haven’t been feeling well. We stayed in room 1921 for nine days in Jan 2026. Saqib and Sadiq took great care of us and quickly brought whatever we needed. Brother Arif also helped us from the first day. Housekeeping, the bell boys, and the person who helped us with the lifts were all 10/10. The breakfast staff were amazing too. Thank you all for the lovely experience. May Allah accept your duas and reward your hard work helping all the Hajji’s. You’re blessed to live in Jannat. We can’t wait to come back and see you again. Please remember us in your duas.
