Voyage Hotel

I picked the hotel for its convenient location, which suited my needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the view wasn't great. The price felt far too high for a 4 star hotel, perhaps because of the season, but still too high. There should be a law to limit such increases. The food also fell short: much of it seemed to be from the previous night, with dry bread and hummus and vegetables that looked like they'd been left overnight. I hope they can manage the food better.

The breakfast charge left me annoyed and made the stay uncomfortable. We reserved through Booking.com for four adults with breakfast included, but at breakfast we were told the booking only covered two people and had to pay extra. That didn't match the booking details we received, which clearly said breakfast was included for all four. The rest of the hotel was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, and the gym was excellent.

Being able to park in the building's basement was very convenient, and the location made it easy to get around. Everything we needed was within about 15 minutes. We stayed in a family suite at the Voyate Hotel, and it felt like our own home. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and great soundproofing, so it stayed quiet and relaxing. It seemed brand new and fully renovated, the hot water was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was fresh, very clean, and delicious. The staff were so kind and welcoming. One of our best hotel stays, and we're definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

The staff were professional and provided excellent service throughout. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay. I'll be back.
