I paid a promo rate of 168 SAR for two nights. The bed was more comfortable than at nearby hotels, and the bathroom was roomy and clean. The room itself was nice, with a mini kitchen, though you'll need to bring a pan or wok since it isn't fully equipped. It's a good hotel for Umrah, about a 15-minute walk from the Haram, and there's a shuttle bus if you'd rather take that.

Pilgrims can get a bus to Haram whenever they need one. The hotel is well maintained, with clean rooms and toilets. Sensor lights brighten the passages and shared areas, and there are four fast elevators for odd floors and another four for even-numbered floors.

The restaurant could do much better with the freshness and variety of its food, especially in a busy season when guests need nourishing meals. It is spacious and can seat large groups, but the quality was disappointing. I stayed here during Hajj with a group of four to a room. We had enough space, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping and service staff were polite and attentive throughout.
