The restaurant was a highlight, with very good quality food and serving staff who were caring, attentive, and made each meal enjoyable. Housekeeping also kept everything clean and comfortable, and the team were respectful and exceptionally well-mannered. From arrival onward, reception were cooperative and professional, always ready to help with a smile when anything came up. The warmth and professionalism across the departments made my stay at InterContinental Hotel Al Khobar memorable and more than I expected. I highly recommend it for comfort and pleasant service. The hotel's facilities were well maintained, though a few areas could use minor updates. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. The location was very convenient, and the food was good overall. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at InterContinental Al Khobar and would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar.

Interconti is a very good hotel, close to the bridge to Bahrain, with many restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. The breakfast is very good, with a big variety. Try the local dishes and ask how to eat them. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ms Hadeel at the front desk, Ms Nouf in the restaurant and at the front desk, and Mr Rishy at the concierge were especially friendly and professional. They helped me arrange weekend trips and hire a driver. There's lots to do within 1-2 hours of Khobar and Dammam: AlHassa is about 1:45 one way, with caves, hills, a date farm, Kofuf souq, and yellow lake. Bahrain is an hour away one way, and desert horseback riding is a 30-minute trip one way. Amazing!

A huge range of food to choose from, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The desserts were incredible, and the service was friendly and professional. The whole buffet experience was amazing from start to finish.
