This is about hotel Dar Al-wafideen, which isn't listed on Google. I believe Al wafideen and Dar Al-wafideen have the same owner. The service was some of the worst I've experienced. Living in slums in a poor country would have been better than staying here. My first room smelled because of an open drain outlet. I put up with it while I finished my Umrah, but when I came back, the bathroom tap had very little water pressure. I reported it, and they said they'd fix it, but nothing changed. I asked again the next day, with the same result, then requested another room. On day three I moved to a different room, but it smelled of sewage too. There was an opening for water to drain, and the smell made me feel sick. On day five I had to change rooms again because of the smell. The next room still smelled of sewage, though the source was a bit farther from my bed. The room service boy even yelled that we were complaining too much. I'd already paid the agent and had no other option, so I stayed. Two rooms shared one geyser, and unfortunately someone in the other room had mine. They always switched it off after using it, so twice every day I had to go downstairs and ask staff to turn it on for me. It was a terrible daily hassle. I was stuck there for all nine days. I have attached pictures of both hotels. Don't book this if you don't want your Umrah stay spoiled. This hotel is definitely not made for humans. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The rooms look nice, but they're too small. I wasn't happy with room service for several reasons, and the hair dryer didn't work. It's a little noisy, though closer to Haram. Just an average hotel.

Rooms were clean but very small. Service was poor, the Wi-Fi was toooo slow, and the hair dryer didn't work. Below average overall 🙃

I wish I could give minus stars. The washroom was filthy, the beds were dirty, and the carpet was torn. Disgusting.

It's next to Misfalah Bridge and the parking. A very good, normal hotel.
