Reefaf Hotel Al Azizia

The toilets were badly damaged, and I’ve attached photos and a video. There was also a disgusting smell in the room. The Indian man there, supposedly a supervisor or whatever, was rude and uncivilized, with no customer service or communication skills. The other staff were good.

It’s a very large hotel in makka, with attractive interior styling. The rooms are modern and very nice, and my friend stayed there for more than five months. Cleaning and the beds provided were good. The staff are all Saudi people, and they were nice. The hotel is usually full only during the season. If Indian people stay there, there’s an Indian restaurant nearby, about one km away.

I’d really recommend this hotel. It’s clean, the prices seem reasonable for average people, and the staff are respectful and helpful. 👍🏻

For the price, this is a pretty good place to stay. The staff are helpful, and everything felt clean and comfortable 👍🏻
