There are bus stops right beside the hotel, so getting around is easy. A ride from the hotel to Haram costs only 10SAR, which is affordable. The hotel is very close to masjid Al Haram. The room was okay, with a small fridge, but no tables to put things on. Wifi works well sometimes, and at other times the network is slow, but alhumdulillah it does work.

The services were acceptable and respectful, and the staff always tried to do their best. I stayed here during an Umrah trip in Ramadan, and it’s a hotel worth visiting and staying in. I first heard about it from marketing employee Bashayer Fallata, who did her best to show the hotel in a good light. I’d repeat the experience.

Visited on 6 Mar - 7 Mar. I expected a reasonable stay, but it turned out better than I thought. I especially liked their i house masjid nearby, the food options, and the quiet environment. Hotel 5*, reception staff 5*, helpers 5*, location 4*. Special thanks to Afnan and Sahar for their support and good customer service.

I went with my daughter, and the staff couldn’t speak English while I couldn’t speak Arabic. Luckily, Mujahid, a Bangladeshi staff member, spoke both and was really helpful. It’s easy to get a return taxi between the hotel and Masjidil Haram, but I wouldn’t recommend walking. The road is busy all the time, and there’s a bit of a hike up before Masjidil Haram. Taza, a pizza shop, and Albaik are nearby. The room wasn’t very comfortable, smelled a bit, and wasn’t that clean. It needs a deep clean, especially the bathroom and dust under the bed, though I could still sleep there. I hope the hotel upgrades its CCTV system, keeps it working all the time, and helps customers feel safe.
