Lian Park Hotel

The internet didn't work at all during my stay, which isn't acceptable for a hotel in this category. The bed was also two single mattresses pushed together to make a queen bed. I pointed it out as soon as I saw the room and asked to change it, but staff said every room was set up the same way. That felt cheap and misleading for guests expecting a proper bed. Parking was a nightmare too. My booking clearly said one parking unit was included, but there wasn't proper parking when I arrived. The receptionist showed me a spot on CCTV that blocked another car. When I went back, he told me to park by the lobby entrance and leave space for others. I asked him to come guide me, but he flatly refused, saying, “I won’t go with you, if you can’t park there then park outside.” When I asked for the manager, he replied, “Do you think the manager will come for you?” That was completely unacceptable treatment for a paying customer. The stay became a disaster, with the parking promise, the staff's unprofessional behavior, and the poor facilities. I'd strongly advise others to think again before booking this property.

I booked three nights but didn't even stay eight hours. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, and loud construction or repair work in the morning made it impossible to rest. There were a lot of other comments too. It was extremely frustrating and ruined my stay. I was surprised to see such a high rating on Google Maps because it didn't match my experience at all. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The food was incredible, and the buffet wasn't crowded, which suited me perfectly. The chef went out of his way to prepare dishes, and Shooq deserves a special thanks. From the moment I arrived at LIAN PARK HOTEL, the staff gave me a warm welcome and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The service was very bad. I booked a room online, but when I arrived they asked me for an extra 77 riyals! Don't come here, they're not good. Please avoid this hotel. ❌❌❌❌❌❌
