Makarim Residence

The atmosphere felt spacious and peaceful, with a lovely design that made it easy to relax. Everything I needed in the way of amenities and services was available. From arrival onward, reception were welcoming and did a lot to make the stay smooth and pleasant. My experience was remarkable and went beyond what I expected. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, memorable stay.

The Wi-Fi was weak in my room. I told two different employees, but neither did anything. One even insisted their Wi-Fi was very good. I’ll leave this hotel as soon as my stay is over.

We were leaving at around two o’clock, and the hot water only came on then. Unfortunately, there hadn’t been any hot water until the very end of our stay.

The best part of my stay at Makarem Al Khobar was the service. Mr. Mishari Alhamid at the front desk welcomed me warmly and professionally, and his careful attention and readiness to help left a lasting impression. The staff made me feel valued from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel was clean, with a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and modern amenities. Its location also made nearby attractions easy to reach. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Makarem Al Khobar as a welcoming, comfortable place to stay. Mr. Mishari Alhamid also shared this welcome note: “Welcome to Makarem Al Khobar! We’re delighted to have you here and want to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Please reach out if you need any assistance. We hope you enjoy your stay and the warm hospitality we’re proud to offer all our guests.”
