The location worked well, on the main road and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were friendly, though the front desk was slow: with one customer ahead whose room wasn't ready, my check-in took 30 minutes. Parking was difficult too. The basement only fits five cars, and the spaces outside were all taken. The rooms were clean, but the floor wasn't. The carpet by the bed was old and stained and needs replacing. WiFi was so slow I couldn't work properly. The counter staff should also speed up the check-in process.

Breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room for free, and the price and location were good. The room itself was nice and roomy, with a sofa, large bed, kitchenette, and big wardrobe. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Parking fills up quickly since the hotel lot only holds about 7-8 cars. Street parking costs over 5 SAR an hour, unless you keep looking in the streets behind the hotel for a free spot.

The room was lovely, but don't count on the breakfast shown in the ad. What we got was a very basic, unfulfilling meal for the price. There were no croissants, berries, or fresh juice like the advert suggested, and it wasn't a buffet.

The room condition was good enough. I checked in a little after 10 pm on Sunday and asked to stay until exactly 4 pm Monday because my flight was at 8:20 pm, but they wouldn't allow it. At other hotels this usually hasn't been a problem, especially since peak season was over.
