The price was amazing, and the apartment, rooms, and furnishings were clean. We were short on bedding, but they brought us blankets and pillows. My elderly aunt, who has special needs, was treated exceptionally well. I’m grateful to the wonderful staff for their service, and I hope this wasn’t our last stay at this truly classy hotel.

Booking.com gave us a fantastic price. We booked a room but got a superb apartment with a kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and kettle. The furniture, carpets, floors, and cabinets were exceptionally clean, and the entrance was elegant. The location is great and the service was excellent. The only issue was the small bathroom in room 313, which smelled unpleasant. The larger bathroom was clean and excellent.

Mohammed Al-Abdali was professional and attentive, and made everything easy for us. The hotel was clean and quiet, with excellent service. It’s one of the finest places I’ve stayed. May God grant you success. We hope to see you again soon.

I planned to rent a place for two weeks because guests were coming from Mecca, but the Bangladeshi man who answered the phone was rude. I can’t recommend dealing with them. I hope the manager finds a solution for the people answering calls.
