The atmosphere was awesome, and the Iftar selection was good even if there wasn’t much variety. Service was excellent. Mohammed Ibrahim on the restaurant staff was especially helpful.

At Ramada Encore Hotel, the service, presentation, and seating were all good, and the coffee and hot dishes were okay. The cold items, possibly the salami or spreads, seemed stale and made me vomit. The bread and baked goods didn’t seem fresh either. We’d come expecting a good breakfast buffet, so the food was sadly disappointing.

The main course and grill could use more salt. The iftar buffet itself had nice food and good service, and Mohammed Ibrahim, the receptionist and restaurant supervisor, was humble.

The staff at Armada Encore Hotel were genuinely kind, polite, and helpful, and I appreciated that. Breakfast was a letdown, though, with poor quality and little variety. Given the location, the price didn’t feel right for the experience. Better value for the cost and a much better breakfast would make a big difference.
