The rates are pretty economical, and the location is convenient, with shops nearby. But the place felt a bit unhygienic, there was no parking available, and they don't serve food or snacks. Security also seemed lacking, so I wouldn't consider it much more than an average place for travelers to spend the night.

The room itself was okay, but cleanliness and service were really poor. During my 13-day stay, the room and bathroom were cleaned just once. The bed was very dirty, as were the pillows and pillowcases.

There's a huge parking area right out front. The hotel is affordable, neat, and clean, and the staff are accommodating. A good spot for a day or two.

Whenever I'm in Al-Khobar, I stay here. It's a really nice, quiet place where I can just relax.
