Rosemond Alhamra

The staff were the highlight, friendly, professional, and ready to help, definitely 5/5. I stayed 3 nights at Rosemond Al Hamra Hotel in a large, comfortable suite. It was modern, well-furnished, and clean (4.5/5), with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The location in Jeddah is convenient, though it isn’t right on the seafront (4/5). Breakfast had fresh, tasty Arabic and international options, well presented, and plenty of variety (4.5/5). The lobby and amenities were solid (4/5). One small issue: the AC was strong, so the room felt a bit too cold and was hard to adjust just right. Nothing major. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it for comfort and service.

We had a lovely dinner at the hotel coffee house. The soup was amazing with soft bread. The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Superb!!!

The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel’s location was good. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the workers were positive and helpful. The breakfast hall staff especially were warm and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.

After our tiring trip, they got the room ready quickly even though our flight with MAS was delayed and we arrived suddenly. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed with drinks in the lobby, a lovely touch. The room was really comfortable, and the food was amazing. It’s a cute, tidy place with a warm feel, and Red Sea Mall is only about 10 minutes away. I also liked the diverse, multicultural staff and the inclusive atmosphere. A very pleasant stay, recommended for the comfort, service, and convenience.
