We had a very good weekend here with family. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are clean, and the employees are loyal and very good. It’s a 3-star hotel right in front of gate # 7 of AlRashid Mall in Al Khobar.

The location made getting around Dammam easy, and the hotel felt relaxing before and after going out. The city view was nice, and both hot and cold showers were available. It also wasn’t a congested place. The room was spacious and comfortable, with windows you can open in an emergency that let in plenty of daylight. It came with slippers, a full set of towels and bathroom amenities that smelled nice. There’s a working washing machine, plus a kitchen with dining sets, a kettle, microwave, coffee and tea to prepare your own way. The sofa was comfortable, and the big TV can connect to your own NETFLIX. There were only a few usable sockets, but that was manageable. Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with Arabic or Western options. There’s a large dining table where you can eat and talk about the day’s plans. Staff were helpful and could speak English. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the elevator was clean and working. Free parking is right in front of the hotel. For safety, I noticed a fire exit board on the door and the alarm sensors were working. I didn’t notice whether there was a firewall. I think there’s wifi, but I didn’t try it for safety purposes. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. One policy to be aware of if you're staying in a Studio apartment with kids, they don't provide an extra bed mattress.

Please don’t include breakfast. I had a very bad experience and regretted it.
