The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We especially appreciated Mr. Abdulhadi at reception, whose professionalism made the stay comfortable, and Chef Ali Al-Kahhal, who personally checked that guests were satisfied. Ms. Sheralyn Funtiler also took personal care to make sure we were comfortable with the hotel's services. The location is excellent, and breakfast at the restaurant offered a varied, high-quality selection. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Mr. Shivam gave us especially kind, professional support during our stay at Somerset Downtown Al Khobar. The room service and housekeeping teams also deserve thanks for their dedication and steady attention to detail. From arrival through checkout, the whole team was welcoming, respectful and attentive, and every part of the visit showed genuine care and professionalism. Thank you to everyone at Somerset Downtown Al Khobar for the warm hospitality and excellent service. One of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar.

Mohammad Shahadat and his colleagues were the best part of our visit. They made us feel welcome with genuinely warm, professional service and went above and beyond. The facilities were fantastic and everything went smoothly too. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. F. Aldawood

Sepum and Joinal from housekeeping took great care of us, with professional service and real attention to guest comfort. Thanks as well to the technical staff and cleaning team for all their continued hard work. At the front desk, everyone was welcoming, helpful and professional from the moment we arrived. The location was very convenient, with what we needed both at the hotel and nearby. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. A pleasant, memorable stay, and I'd gladly choose this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our first stay at Somerset. The rooms were roomy, clean and well maintained, and the food was tasty while still being healthy. Thanks to all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Robert, Ms. Sherilyn and the Filipino and Egyptian chefs, for making the stay and meals so good. We'll definitely return for more family staycations and celebrations.
