Terrace View 2 - Serviced Apartment

I felt unwelcome and hurt by what happened, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. On arrival, the front desk agent said they were fully booked and had no rooms, even though I'd checked online just moments earlier and seen several listed as available. When I pointed that out, the staff member got defensive and kept insisting there were no vacancies. I felt I was being treated differently because of my race. That kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially in hospitality, where every guest deserves respect and fair treatment. The front office staff's conduct struck me as unprofessional and unethical, and the hotel did not meet basic standards of hospitality. I'd advise others who value equal treatment to reconsider staying here.
