The room service cup incident put me off using the cups altogether: when I asked for replacements, the staff member washed them in the bathroom. I also had to keep asking for room amenities, and staff repeatedly told me my booking didn't include breakfast, even though they confirmed it with the front desk whenever I asked them to check. My friend and I stayed 11 nights, first booking 9 and then extending for 4 more, with everything paid upfront. I left two days early and cancelled 2 nights, but they didn't refund those nights. I'm still seeking that refund, and after this unprofessional behavior and the other better options nearby, I can't recommend staying here. I'm not happy with my stay at all.

We recently held an Iftaar party here, and the food was really good, with rich, authentic Arabic flavors. It's a fresh, clean place for gathering with family or friends. I'd recommend it for a good time, and you'll love the place and team. Team trendy and fariz

The room was in amazing condition, and room service was good. The pool is shared, with no ladies' hours, and it's only a few feet long, so you can't really swim laps. We booked through agoda, but the listing didn't give enough information. I stayed one weekday night and ran into terrible coordination from management: they didn't know which rooms were available, causing unnecessary delays and discomfort.

The bed was excellent, and the rooms are nice, clean, and safe, with good furniture. My only issue was the limited TV channels, though I don't really mind that.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was affordable. A really enjoyable experience.
